Cancelling Your Account

You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime directly on your Online Footprint account. If you need help with your cancellation or have any other questions for us, call us on 0344 736 4360

We always try to provide the best possible experience to our subscribers, but we know we are not perfect and we may not always get it right.

For those subscribers who may not be happy with our service, we offer an intuitive cancellation process.


Cancel - Step One

Sign in to Online Footprint by entering your email and password and clicking the ‘Sign In’ button. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgotten my password’ link and we'll send you an email to reset it.

Cancel - Step Two

After signing in successfully, access the ‘Account’ section and click the button that reads ‘Cancel My Account’.

Cancel - Step Three

Once you’ve clicked the ‘Cancel My Account’ button, all you need to do is select ‘Yes, Cancel Account’ to confirm cancellation. After you’ve completed the cancellation process, we won’t charge you any more subscription fees.
